Mission Statement of the Marine Corps League of Pennsylvania Foundation, Inc.


It is the purpose of this Foundation to promote charitable and educational activities consistent with honoring Marine Corps history and veterans of the United States Marine Corps (inclusive of FMF Corpsman).

In furtherance of the stated purposes, the Foundation shall:

  1. Preserve the patriotic and historical traditions of the United States Marine Corps.
  2. Aid and assist all Marines, FMF Corpsman and former Marines and former FMF Corpsman, as well as their widows and orphans, through financial contributions and volunteer efforts. 

The Foundation serves as a bridge between donors and those in need throughout the Marine Corps League of Pennsylvania, their members and families. The Foundation can also make a difference in the lives of those in our communities and neighborhoods that are in need.

The Marine Corps League of Pennsylvania Foundation, Inc. was established by action of the Board of Trustees of the Marine Corps League of Pennsylvania in June 2008.  The Foundation is incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has been designated by the IRS as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) entity for the purpose of supporting educational, literary and other charitable purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify for such distributions under the Code.
